The Lexington Family YMCA offers a complete lineup of activities and programs for the whole family. Sports, strength and wellness, health screenings, tennis, equestrian and childcare.
We are an inclusive 5-day preschool program for 3 and 4 year olds within Glenforest School. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive atmosphere conducive to fostering each child’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

Glenforest Inclusive Child Development Center is also now an official First Steps 4K provider and is accepting applications for the 4 Year Old Kindergarten. Qualifying families pay NO TUITION. To qualify, your child must:
1) be 4 years old on or before September 1st
2) be eligible for the free or reduced-price lunch program or Medicaid
3) live in one of the qualifying school districts (see attached flier) that includes Richland 1, Lexington 2, Lexington 3, or Lexington 4.
