Summertime is great for getting outdoors and exploring Columbia! But what do you do on those hot, humid, sweaty days when you don’t feel like going outside? How about going to the movies? Did you know that our local Columbia movie theatre, the Nickelodeon (aka The Nick), also does summer movies for kids and families?
Starting June 3, your family can enjoy classic animated and live action favorites every Wednesday and Saturday in both June and July. There are two movie options each day, so your family is sure to find something they love!
Tickets are just $7, and there’s a concessions deal add on that gets you a small popcorn, candy, and small drink for $8.
This summer, the Nickelodeon is partnering with Curing Kids Cancer with a toy drive. Just bring a new unwrapped toy or stuffed animal to the theater and drop it off in the lobby.
With movies that are packed with laughs, nostalgia, crazy characters, and adventure, your family will love spending your summer days at the Nick! Check out the movie lineup below and then grab your tickets from the Nick’s website.
