BurgerIM is a new(ish) burger place in Columbia. And imagine my luck when they opened up right across the street from my neighborhood!
BurgerIM boasts the most amazing burgers made from salmon, falafel, aged beef, Spanish beef, and lamb (just to name a few). Not to mention their amazingly seasoned french fries and wings. Plus, friendly, safe curbside service. And … EXTREME MILKSHAKES!

The Extreme Milkshakes are just that: EXTREME. We ordered the Cookie Monster, which featured chocolate ice cream, hot fudge, banana syrup, a chocolate straw, a stack of marshmallows, and chocolate macarons. (!!!) And, they were kind enough to bring the whole crazy shebang right out to our car.
(I was very glad that I live a minute away from BurgerIM, as driving home with this in my hand was a laughable and messy challenge.)
Somehow, we made it home with the milkshake intact, and it lived up to its description: it was indulgent, over-the-top, and delicious. Even sharing it, we couldn’t finish half of it in one sitting! There are literally dozens of varieties of Extreme Milkshakes, so surely there is one (or two) that will suit your tastes.
