Go, See Explore: Big Air Trampoline Park

If you are wondering where to have your child’s next birthday, or if you are simply trying to look for something fun, new, and active for your child to do, look no further than Big Air of Lexington! After its grand opening in January it has quickly become a favorite place for my son and his friends. With an area of the park reserved only for those six and under, in addition to more advanced obstacles to challenge older kids, this is a spot for all ages.

We decided to take a chance and have my son’s birthday party here, reserving it before ever seeing the park. Planning a party couldn’t have been made any easier! Booking was super simple through their website, with plenty of party options to choose from. We ended up having the party at 10:30 a.m. because that’s the best time for four-year-olds. The typical party comes with pizza and a very delicious cookie cake they make in house. This saved me a trip to the grocery store beforehand for which I was very thankful.

I was also contacted by the party host a week before the party to iron out all the details and any questions I had. The person I spoke with was so kind and very eager to make sure we had everything we needed before the party. She also suggested forwarding the jump waiver link to all the guests ahead of time so they can get to jumping faster after check-in. This was a great suggestion because our guests were playing within minutes of entering the park.

Big Air is not just a place with giant trampolines. They have swings and ziplines, an area to take your best soccer shot, balance beams, rope climbs, and even a mechanical bull. It is impossible for any kid to be bored. They also have a refreshment area in the back to replenish those hungry bellies after all that exercising.

The only difficult part about Big Air Lexington is leaving. Despite jumping and playing for nearly two hours, my son was not ready to leave. All I could guarantee him was that we will be back soon. And that was a promise I knew I would keep.
