You guys… an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Certified Birth Doula, Certified Newborn and Postpartum Doula, Certified Lamaze Childbirth Educator from Capital Parent and Baby Specialty Services, a pediatric sleep consultant and mom coach from Mother Together, an account manager for Cord Blood Registry, as well as the founder of Heal & Seal, a 3-phase program that HEALS Diastasis Recti and alleviates symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction ranging from incontinence, to painful sex, to relieving stages I & II of uterine, vaginal, rectal, bowel and bladder prolapse. Want to capture your cute bump or grab a photo with your friends? As always, we’ll have professionals on-hand ready to capture the fun at our Bloom Event. Emily Ann Photography will take photos from the day, which we’ll share after the event for you to enjoy. Show off that precious baby bump or new baby with award winning newborn and maternity photographer Fine Art Newborns at our bump + baby station, grab your Columbia area mom friends or even your own mom, and make some memories during this wonderful season of life!

7. Did someone say FOOD?

Would we invite a bunch of ladies to an event and not provide delicious food? Never! Segra Park has top-notch indoor accommodations and on-site catering. We have curated a brunch menu just for you that you can munch on all morning long. And… toast to your amazing mama self with a “mom”mosa created just for you! Not a fan? Opt for orange juice or ginger ale on its own. Regardless, you deserve a fancy drink.

Whether you’re attending Bloom alone or with a friend, you’ll be in a room full of other new, seasoned, and expecting moms. Parenthood Live provides interactive parenting classes from the comfort of your home, DHEC has the information you need to ensure your car seat is properly installed, Wild Smiles can answer all your questions about caring for teeth and gums as soon as baby arrives, Grit & Grace Children’s Boutique has adorable clothes and products for baby, moms, and littles … and that’s not even half of the resources you’ll encounter!

4. Small, Intimate Event Means a More Meaningful Time for You

Let’s face it, the last thing you want to do when you are pregnant or have a new baby is fight large crowds and deal with outrageous parking. Our event is designed to be a small gathering on purpose. Less people means more opportunity for you to interact one-on-one with other guests and businesses … and truly ENJOY a morning out just for you!

Moms will get to listen and ask questions of our expert panel, enjoy brunch, interact with local mom and baby-focused businesses, take home a swag bag loaded with actual products and items of value, plus enter to win high-end giveaways, have their picture taken and so much more! It’s your one-stop shop for all things mom!
